Impact and Education Manager
Kelsie Dulaney serves as the Impact and Education Manager for the United Way of Greater Kingsport where she oversees all things Children and Youth focused spanning from early literacy to mental health and substance use prevention. Kelsie also leads Community Ambassadors and other programs dedicated to racial equity. She works in partnership with local organizations and school districts to best serve the children and students of the Greater Kingsport area.
Kelsie is a Kingsport native and graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. Her dedication to students started during her time at the Mountain View Day School as a preschool teacher. Before coming to United Way, Kelsie worked with Kingsport City Schools to build meaningful connections with students and families to ensure their success. Kelsie lives in Kingsport with her son, Hudson. You’ll see them enjoying all the wonder Kingsport has to offer!
